2. Purpose and scope of application.

2.1. By using this Website you agree to be expressly and fully bound by these terms, notwithstanding any additional terms which may be applicable to certain services offered though this website.

2.2. Accessing the website either directly or through a domain name redirecting to this site, confers the visitor the status of user and their acceptance of all the terms described in this document, which are subject to periodic review.

2.3. The obligations, rights and terms described in this document are subject to Spanish laws.

3. Access to website

3.1. Access to the website is exclusively for persons over 18 years old. Persons aged under 18 must have permission from their parents or legal guardians.

3.2 The products featured on the website are subject to advance booking and payment; the payment details are specified at the time the tickets are purchased. To this effect a Question guidelines has been drafted which gives a clear explanation of the purchasing process.

3.3. The User undertakes to use the Website in accordance with the law and these General Terms and Conditions. The User also undertakes to refrain from using the Website for illicit purposes or for purposes contravening the points set out in the General Terms and Conditions.

4. Terms of registration, ticket purchase on the web and access to the venue.

4.1.When the document to access is a VOUCHER.

4.1.2. Users who purchase any product sold through must provide correct and up-to-date details in order to process the reservation or purchase, and allow TW to communicate with him/her whenever this is deemed necessary. Personal details shall always be handled in accordance with current regulations, as set out in section seven.

4.1.3. When registering and purchasing tickets, an email shall be sent to the user at the address indicated confirming the operation completed with the following information::

  1. The VOUCHER is the document that must be printed out and presented upon entry to the venue.
  2. The User must collect their tickets from the advance booking ticket office at the venue, or where indicated in the voucher.
  3. The User must take along a valid ID document as well as any other documentation proving any type of discount they may be entitled to, such as a young person's, large family card or similar.

Access to the venue will not be permitted without presentation of the VOUCHER. If the VOUCHER is not presented, the user will not be allowed to enter the venue. To resolve any incidents, the User may contact our reservations department or send an email to:

4.1.4. The following documents are not acceptable for gaining entry into the venue if not accompanied by the reservation VOUCHER::

  1. Payment slip with a credit card nº or proof of transfer.
  2. ID document alone.
  3. The email confirming the purchase.
  4. Any document other than the VOUCHER.

4.1.5. In case you can not enjoy the ticket on the date indicated, you can modify the date of this by contacting the tixalia booking department by email or phone. However, the modification can be made whenever the premises authorized and the dates on which the rate is in effect.

4.1.6. Using false or incomplete data when registering or purchasing a ticket may result in the termination of the User's registration and the immediate cancellation of the operation.

4.1.7. TW reserves the right to cancel any operation being conducted by the User at any time during the purchasing process, or even after this has been completed, if any doubts exist about the veracity of the data supplied.

4.1.8. The User undertakes to comply with the terms of access and use established at each of the venues and establishments.

4.1.9. TW shall make every effort to ensure the availability and accessibility of its service; nevertheless it shall not be responsible for any difficulties some users may experience due to a deficient internet connection.

4.2. When the document to access is TICKET.


4.2.2. Each ticket has a unique barcode that allows a SINGLE ACCESS to the venue, except for tickets that indicate different conditions.

4.2.3. Once validated, it can not be used later. If you want to exit and re-enter the venue, you must to ask to customer service about conditions before to leave the venue.

4.2.4. This ticket provides direct access to venue without exchange it in the box office.

4.2.5. Tickets are not refundable or cumulative with other promotions or discounts.

4.2.6. In case of wrong purchase, the possibility of change or refund will be conditioned to the policies of changes and refunds of each venue.

4.2.7. If the customer had made some mistake in buying the of ticket (for example, purchase discount tickets rather than general rate ticket, etc) the client must make the appropriate change in the box office of the park, and if it was the case, pay the price difference. For this change, the reference of the price will be taken of the general official selling ticket price to the public and not of the price of the advance tickets sales listed on the web. If there was a difference, the client must pay it.

4.2.8. It could be required any age accreditation or ID document in the park access to verify the ticket owner identity to access. In the case of purchase of tickets with reduced price (young, unemployed, disabled, retired,…) must be accredited with the certificate or document to justify that condition in the box office to access the park.

4.2.9. Keep your ticket in a safe place and protect against damage, especially barcode.

4.2.10. Any duplicate of this ticket is forbidden, being canceled by the access park system after accepting a one unique ticket with this barcode. Any copy or manipulation will be blocked by the system and thus may be pursued by the current legislation. NOT FOR SALE.

4.2.11. The purchase of the ticket implies acceptance of the rules of use of the park.

5. Conditions of reservation

5.1. PortAventura’s Hotels (except Roulette Offer)

5.1.1. Política de reserva

Superior and Club San Juan rooms at Hotel Caribe 4*, Woody & Friends rooms and Suites at Hotel PortAventura 4*, and Standard 2 rooms, Bungalows 2, Bungalows, Standard 6 rooms, Bungalows 6 and Lucy's Mansion rooms at Hotel Gold River 4*, are subject to availability after finish the pre-booking. After the pre-reservation is made, if there is no availability of these rooms, we will always ensure the availability of same number of rooms pre-booked in the standard type, with the consequent adjustment of the reservation's price. If the costumer doesn't agree with the change of the type of room, we will refund the total amount of the pre-reservation.

5.1.2. Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation of a hotel reservation will be charged the following cancellation fees:

  • Cancellation between 14 and 11 days to the arrival date will entail the 5% of charge of the total amount of the booking.
  • Cancellation between 10 and 3 days to the arrival date will entail the 15% of charge of the total amount of the booking.
  • Cancellation before 48 hours to the arrival date will entail the 25% charge of the total amount of the booking.
  • Not to appear the date of arrival generates 100 % of the amount of the reservation.
  • Check out anticipated before the departing date of the reservation, will not proceed to any reimbursement.

5.1.3. Check in available from 3PM.

5.1.4. Check out before 11AM.

5.1.5. Tourist Tax

It is not included in the price the tourist tax (for reservations in tourist establishments by Law 5/2012 of 20 March) paid by the customer at the time of formalize their stay at the hotel. The tax is 1 € per person over 16 years per day. Payment of the fee will be requested at the time of "check-in" at the arrival day.

5.2. Hotel + Tickets Warner Bros. Park

Modifications allowed 5 days before to arrival of the client. No refund or cancellation of the total amount. If there is any change, from the date of booking until 120 hours before the arrival date at the hotel and at the park will have an additional fee of 5 €.

5.3. Hotel Europa 3* (Astun)

5.3.1. Cancellation Policy (Penalty fee)

More than 15 days in advance of the arrival date, 0% cancellation fee. 14-11 days before arrival date, 5% as cancellation fee. 10-3 days before arrival date, 15% as cancellation fee. 1-2 days before arrival date, 25% as cancellation fee. Day of arrival 100% as cancellation fee of the first night + 25% of the rest of the booking. No show, 100% as cancellation fee. In order to consider these time limits will be ignored 00:00 hours check in date.

5.4. Hotel + Forfait Sierra Nevada

5.4.1. Cancellation Policy (Penalty fee)

In high and special seasons, 9 days before the arrival date, 0% as cancellation fee. After this date, one night will be charged as cancellation fee. In the other seasons, 96 hours before the arrival date, 0% cancellation fee. After this date, one night will be charged as cancellation fee. Departures before the check out date stated on the booking, 100% as cancellation fee. No show, one night will be charged as cancellation fee.

5.5. Hotel + Forfait Boí Taüll

5.5.1. Cancellation Policy (Penalty fee)

5% as cancellation fee if the booking is canceled between 15 and 10 days before the arrival of the client. 15% as cancellation fee if a booking is canceled between 10 and 3 days before the arrival of the client. 25% as cancellation fee if a booking is canceled 48 hours before to arrival of the client. 50% as cancellation fee if a booking is canceled 24 hours before to arrival of the client. 100% as cancellation fee if a booking is canceled the day of arrival of the client.

5.6. Other Hotels

5.6.1. Cancellation Policy (Penalty fee)

The cancellation involves 100% of the booking as a cancellation fee.

6. Copyright

6.1. TW owns all intellectual and industrial property rights, or has obtained the corresponding exploitation permissions and licenses for the domain name, brand names, trademarks and logos, as well as the application and the rest of the work and inventions associated with the website, the technology in connection with it, as well as its content.

6.2. The content of this website, including designs, texts, images and source code (henceforth Content) is protected under intellectual property rights.

6.3. The Content must not be used, reproduced, copied or transmitted in any way without the owner's express permission.

6.4. Third party brand names that appear on the website are the property of the said third parties.

7. Data protection and privacy

7.1. Notwithstanding the personal details the User may provide in accordance with the general terms relating to ticket purchase, the information TW obtains and keeps on the website users is restricted to: (a) the service provider's domain name (ISP) providing access to the internet; b) the date and time when they accessed the Website; (c) Internet address of the link that connected to the Website; and (d) the number of daily visitors to each section. The information obtained is completely anonymous and under no circumstances is it linked to any specific or identified user.

7.2. In compliance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December governing the Protection of Personal Data, we inform you that any communication through the website or the purchase of any tickets made through the website implies that the users personal details will be stored on a file owned by TW in order to process the ticket purchase, contacts and any other matter related to the operation. Additionally, we may send you information about offers and new website related products by any means, including electronic means.

7.3. We inform you that you may exercise your right of access, rectification, cancellation and refusal by sending a written message, attaching a copy of your ID document officially proving your identity, to the address indicated above or by emailing

7.4. TW undertakes to handle your details with absolute confidentiality, with the regulations laid down in the law RD 1720/2007 governing the Regulation on personal data protection being applied to the equipment where they are stored.

Las presentes Condiciones de Uso se rigen por la normativa española vigente que le es de aplicación. Para la resolución de todas las controversias o cuestiones relacionadas con la presente Web, será de aplicación la legislación española, a la que se someten expresamente las partes, siendo competentes para la resolución de todas las controversias, que pudieran derivarse como consecuencia de lo dispuesto en las presentes disposiciones, los Juzgados y Tribunales de Valencia así como, en su caso, a los Tribunales Arbitrales de consumo.
